A while ago, I wrote a post with a pdf, covering the fitness plan I used previously to get fit. Well, now that it’s daylight savings again, I’m going running in the evenings. So I’m back doing it again. However, I realised that my original post fell short in a few areas. So I’ve gone through the guide, changed some parts, filled out bits, explained certain things better, and generally overhauled it. Hopefully, it should cater to more people now.
